- Make sure they are coded as Gradebook classes in the Class Schedule database
- Make sure Andy sends code list to Mary McCabe
- Look for Gradebook class in Blackboard the following day
- Send email to instructor when class appears in Bb
- "You have requested a Blackboard gradebook course. The only function of the Blackboard gradebook course is to post student’s grades. If you would like any more functionality in your course besides just grades, you will need to make your class Wed Enhanced, Hybrid, or Full Online. More functionality includes, but is not limited to, using the discussion board, posting a syllabus, lecture slides, assignments, announcements, tests, etc. If you would like to make your Blackboard course more than a gradebook course, please contact the eLearning department at extension 5176."
